Dr. Sanghamitra Chaudhuri

Dr. (Prof.) Sanghamitra Chaudhuri is an assistant professor at Metropolitan State University and a Senior Lecturer at Carlson School of Management. She is a published author with 15+ years of training experience which includes progressive leadership and management roles such as Curriculum and Instruction Director, Training Supervisor, and also contributing individually as Instructor and Organization Development Consultant.

She is an expert in instructional designing, adult learning principles, self-paced learning, web-based training, 5 phases of training delivery including Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE) of training programs, managing and using various LMS tools, competency mapping, and mentoring. For her research on ‘Reverse Mentoring’, she has been quoted in Forbes, HR Magazine, Wall Street Journal, Star Tribune and Canadian Broadcasting.
